-The Kuwaiti Labor Law states that the worker shall receive the full end-of-service gratuity if the owner of the work  terminates the worker’s contract, or if the contract period between the employer and the worker expires without the employer renewing the worker’s contract for  a second time.

-The worker is entitled to the end-of-work pension. It is calculated based on the number of working hours, days and salary. If the worker has an extended contract of five years and more, he can benefit from a bonus with a salary of ten days for each calendar year of the first five years of work.

-When the worker spends more than five years, he receives a wage of 15 days for each year after the first five years, provided that the salary does not exceed one year.

-After the worker spends more than five years with a monthly salary, he receives a wage of 30 days for each year after the first five years, provided that the salary does not exceed one and a half years.

-In case of resignation, the Kuwaiti Labor Law states that the worker shall receive a full salary if the working period of reaches 10 years, two thirds of the salary if the period of work is between five and ten years, and half the salary, if the worker’s period of work exceeds Three years and less than five years, and he does not receive any reward if the employee’s work period does not reach three years.
