Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance and technical support to the mechanical team and in-house contractors.

• Analyze and improve the equipment reliability of plants

• Manage perform mechanical modification work

• Assess maintenance work processes to optimize efficiency for the plant

• Troubleshooting of machinery, mechanical equipment during emergency situation in the plant.

• Maintenance, repair works and other additional jobs for machinery, mechanical equipment in the plant.

• On the job training for all staff in the department, including maintaining and implementing all issues related with quality, safety and environmental system management.

• File all engineering drawings and technical data of engineering projects.

• Train new employees in maintenance work processes and procedures.

• Other tasks assigned by Mechanical Manager

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Preferably with min 2 years of relevant working experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Analytical, responsive and possess initiative

• A team player with interpersonal skill
