Responsibilities:

• Assist Mechanical Engineers in carrying out servicing & maintenance of plant machinery / mechanical equipment
• Coordinate with production for preventive maintenance related work
• Assist in continuous reliability equipment and process to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime
• Immediately respond to emergency case for equipment break down and abnormal event in the plant.
• Carry out the additional work requested by the supervisor as and when necessary

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ level, Nitec(NTC,ITE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related discipline
• Have at least 1-year mechanical experience in the manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of chemicals process in relation to production machinery and equipment will be an added advantage
• Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Able to read and understand department procedure and work instruction
